Any Flavour Cheesecake

2  7” Cakes---Pre-Heat Oven to 300°

Base

230 gr (1 ¼ cup) Graham Cracker Crumbs

70 gr (1/3 cup) Sugar

50 gr (1/4 cup) Melted Butter

Cake

1250 gr Cream Cheese (5 Boxes)

350 gr (1 ½ cup) Sugar

6 Lg.  Eggs, Slightly Mixed

Flavour, Extract, Fruit Pulp or Juice Concentrate

Liqueur of your choice

Topping for One Cake

300 gr (1 cup) Sour Cream

50 Gr (1/4 cup) Sugar

1 Lemon- Squeezed and Juiced

Method

Base

Mix 3 ingredients together and press into bottom of parchment lined cake ring.

Cake

1.Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth

2. Add eggs, one at a time

3. Scrape sides and mix again

4. Add flavour of your choice

Sour Cream Topping

1.Mix all 3 ingredients together

2. Pour over cake

3. Pipe pie filling

4. Bake at 350 for 15 min.

Baking

Pre-heat oven to 300°

40 minutes  @ 300°

15 minutes @ 275°

45 minutes @ OFF with Vent (Tin Foil Ball)

15 minutes @ 350° for sour Cream Mixture

Cool at room temp for 2 hours

Refrigerate  over night.
